Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 7pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, every room has undercover parking.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at End of the Road Motel Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes we have The Anchorage Bar & Café located on our beachfront. Specialising in Breakfast, Tapas & Pizzas. Bookings are essential

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for packages which include continental breakfast. We are also offer liquor in-house which can be purchased from reception.

Q: Do you have wireless internet?
A: Yes we do have WIFI available near our reception. Please note we are located remote Outback Queensland and internet access may not always work. We do recommend travelling with your own. Telstra is the only provider in Karumba. Also know that an Aldi Telstra phone will not work.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a Beachfront BBQ area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: Walking distance, directly across the road, Ash’s cafe. Karumba township is 7km. The township has a post office, butcher, chemist, service station and supermarket.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
